Many years ago, Bob and Margaret set out to do one thing…create a healthy, homemade snack that they could bring with them on one of their many camping adventures in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. They wanted something wholesome to give their children and other family members that would be enjoyed during their fishing excursions or just sitting around their nightly campfire.

In 1991, the idea of Uncle Bob’s Beef Jerky was born at the urging of family and friends who truly believe that this jerky is too good to keep secret. Uncle Bob’s love and passion for the outdoors with his family is matched only by his passion for creating the best tasting beef jerky ever!

Uncle Bob’s Beef Jerky was created on the simple belief that using the only finest quality ingredients, and few of them, was the key to success. You will find only Top Round Beef, Soy Sauce, Dark Brown Sugar and Liquid Smoke in our jerky– no artificial preservatives here! If it’s good enough to for Uncle Bob’s family, it’s good enough for yours!
